Thanks to the Western world's Liberal molly-coddling there's a generation of: Over-confident, incapable, intellectually dysfunctional, fragile blacks - much like Obama...

I used to work in a more secluded way over the years, until the last 2 years where I've been shoved more and more into the open.

A coloured manager whom I know well and get along with marvellously, and whom I admire said to me today: "Jan, you are a loner's loner". He told me how he had observed me. He said to me, in my career many people are loners, but he said he'd observed me, and I am a loner's loner. He said to me, life is like the reality TV series, "Survivor". He said I would always be at a disadvantage where others would gather together in groups and they would work against me and "vote me out". And I agreed with him, I've been outnumbered by my enemies all along. (Though I did not tell him that the odds don't bother me any more either). I also do not want to mention a few tricks I've learned... and we'll see who has the last laugh at my work! And finally, being a loner, can have advantages too.

Over the last 2 years at my work I've observed a lot of turmoil as business has changed, budgets have been cut and people were put under pressure. I have observed retrenchings (mass firings). As I interact with more and more people I find myself dealing with high ranking blacks and whites and low-ranking blacks and whites. I am even training 2 non-whites. I'm busy with a lot and my services are in heavy demand at my work.

I observe all things. In my former Department, I decided to take the opportunity to move when I saw that a massive project really had no hope of success. I was actually the first person to move out and call it a day. I had decided I did not want to work nights and weekends for months on end. I have my websites that are important to me and I do not want my work consuming every minute of my life. So I pulled out... Now 2 years later I can sit back and watch the chaos and collapse of my former department. I had judged very correctly and had been way ahead of everyone else. I had seen this coming.

My former Muslim boss was thrown out on his ear a few days ago. He and I had argued fiercely and I had warned him of many things. Now 2 years later, he is the victim of backstabbing - turned on by his own "friendly colleagues". They'd eaten one of their own. He had expected massive success... I had seen failure coming... He was wrong... I was right. I observed and waited for the collapse. Now there's chaos... most people have left... more staff are bailing. The budget has been massively exceeded... morale has collapsed. Yes, they've worked nights and weekends, and had 6 week days... for over a year... and still no end in sight!!

My own black boss was studying for his master's degree. He even went to Italy to present a paper he wrote. Two weeks ago, my black boss left. He did not have to leave but he resigned out of the blue. My Indian boss above him said to me, "He's made a stupid move - we were grooming him for my job".

In this chaos... I've survived. I've had people gang up on me... I've fought against impossible odds... and I could be on the verge of the greatest coup I've ever pulled off. You will recall I wrote about something I invented... well... yesterday they had a lunch in honour of my work and I met my Indian boss's boss and his entire management committee. They thanked me for the little miracle I pulled out of my hat which has caught everyone off guard... and which means a lot to THEIR CAREERS... if we pull this off.

Then some whites panicked... when they heard how many people might use this, and I had to go to one old white guy, Mike, and I popped Mike an email. I reminded Mike that a year ago, he had called me to help him with a problem that NOBODY could solve. They'd had about 6 people trying to solve this problem for over a year with no luck. Mike then hit on the idea of asking me. I went in, tested an idea, told them of a plan, and I wrote the software. The result was a system that is performing even better than I'd originally predicted. I told Mike that I'd helped him pull off a coup and I solved his problem at a stroke and he must not think that I'm about to drop everyone. I told him that I want to show people WHAT IS POSSIBLE... and it may freak people out.... because they don't know what I'm capable of... but they must just chill, sit back and relax... I'm going to make this happen... for all of us. Mike then emailed me back saying: "I'm behind you all the way". Then Mike remembered, every time I broke the rules, my plan not only worked, but worked better than anyone expected. So chill... we're going to break the rules again... and blow people's minds.

This afternoon we put my new system through its paces. I told the testers to volume test it and hit it with really high volumes. I did some calculations and I was grinning from ear to ear. My new system is stunningly fast. It is so fast that I think we can have 500 people working on it and we'll hardly even break into a sweat. The woman in charge of infrastructure nearly fainted, and openly told us so, when at a meeting it was mentioned that 1,000 people might use my system. What they don't know... is that my system is so hot... that we might be able to let thousands, even tens of thousands of people use it across the company. In the branch banking section alone, they have 16,000 staff. But... we start small. We roll out to 500 people in the next while... I've kept the volume testing results highly restricted. I think senior management will simply fall out of their chairs when they hear what throughput this system of mine is capable of in a single hour - running off a single server! I told Mike that we're going to amaze people. I think we're going to knock their socks off.

I am not afraid of radical moves in my work. I know my work, and I think carefully.

When I look at the blacks I work with, especially the highly educated ones and the senior ones and the "upperclass" ones, I see some fascinating things.

I have observed during all our trying times just how fragile and dysfunctional these people are. In many ways, lots of modern black people are a lot like Obama.

Obama was a super-confident guy. He could read words off a teleprompter and convinced almost 300 million first world people in a highly developed country that he could solve all their problems... and they believed him. The problem was... he actually was over-selling himself. As the editor of a major news organisation wrote in an editorial (which I will publish soon), Obama was always the most INEXPERIENCED GUY in any room he entered.

The Western world's Liberals have, for decades, artificially pumped up the black ego. They believed that if blacks were more self-confident that they would then also go on to achieve more in real life. So for decades, whites artificially praised blacks even when the blacks did not achieve much - if anything.

I saw this in my work a few years ago. I was most annoyed when my Muslim boss endlessly praised blacks for the most mundane, worthless things. Far greater, even amazing achievements by myself and other whites were TOTALLY IGNORED. For me it became a sticking point... a point of bitterness... even HATRED. I got just as angry when blacks were rated above average on performance and stood in line for increases when their work was really quite substandard - but they all worked together to increase their praise of each other.

My Muslim/Coloured boss at the time was highly educated. He was studying at Wits University and he had been educated for years. He had a long string of qualifications and he knew all the right words. He firmly believed he was the light of our lives. And he loved to talk and was full of confidence - as all of these non-whites are.

It is the whites who are quiet and who sit in corners and say little - and I was one of them. But as I've discovered, and I recently rediscovered this again - the whites sit quietly in the corner, say little and make even less fuss... but they are gold-mines of real knowledge and these whites have tremendous skills - completely unmatched by any of the non-whites working there. The whites get absolutely no praise... but they are the CORE and they hold everything together. In fact, they make the things work.

My former Muslim boss once admitted openly in a meeting to us that he'd had to take a slight step backwards. He told us, "I thought I knew ALL the answers, but I see I don't." Wow... he thought he was a GOD... but now he settles for being just a demi-God. I am awed and inspired - NOT!

Actually, these guys are trained. They are super-educated, but they're almost intellectual derelicts. They have a string of exams they've passed, in the best universities and they have no ability to judge.

In fact, their sense of judgement is incredibly poor. I noticed this in many decisions they made. I realised that these super-educated blacks have had their heads filled with so much Politically Correct junk pseudo-knowledge that they have absolutely no ability to tell the important from the unimportant.

In our division, one of the most exceptional non-whites is a Coloured manager who openly tells you: "I have no education. All I have is a matric". This coloured man is full of energy. He treats white people better than I've seen any manager treat them. But he is nice to EVERYONE. He helps all sorts of people. He rescues them and helps them. He even arranged for classes for a white Afrikaans woman whose english was poor. He arranged for her to be tutored and later arranged for the company to train her further at their expense. He had an incredible knack for picking out talented people, especially finding talent among young whites and then helping these people to grow and move to areas where they can be happier and more productive and grow new skills. When another coloured fired a white Afrikaner and had him thrown out, I saw this coloured manager's close bonds to that young white Afrikaner and how loyal they were to each other.

The most go-getter non-white manager, out of dozens... and he carries a lot of clout... also happens to be the most UNEDUCATED!! This uneducated, direct, honest coloured man runs rings around blacks with strings of university degrees and runs rings around other coloureds with strings of degrees.

It seems to me, the Liberal educators of the West have created over-confident people, filled with junk knowledge who then have tremendous difficulty applying it in the real world and common folks, who have nothing but street smarts outperform them in almost every conceivable way.

We have super-educated black DERELICTS!

But it gets worse.

They are extremely FRAGILE.

I have been totally shocked, especially since retrenchments occured at how fragile these people are. I have seen too, in the normal political in-fighting which you get in a large corporation, how they struggle. They're just not up to it. They struggle to survive and they lose lots of fights. Eventually, they give in. They give in very easily and then they cut and run.

In our African environment, chaos and the tendency to chaos is the norm. So for things to break and go backwards is quite common. These fragile people are so fragile that they can only function in near perfect environments. The moment things break and go wrong, which is the norm, they are already out of their depth. Their training and thinking skills are very poor and when something abnormal comes along, they struggle to handle it and they bail.

They can't handle the chaos that is the norm in their own societies.

There are all sorts of character shortcomings which abound, and all these blacks are totally used to being molly-coddled. I look upon this as a luxury because the way I see it, things are getting worse economically around the world. The decline of America is also adding to our own decline. Times are getting tougher ... and all these super-educated, dysfunctional people are completely unprepared for this sort of situation. They move slowly... and plod along... and do a lot of things parrot fashion. They are not very creative at all.

I had a discussion with a black Project Manager today. It was all polite. I'd worked for her, but I listened to her views and I quietly switched off. I realised to myself that her whole outlook on life is so filled with "the positive" that she does not realise how raw and tough life really is. In a competitive world ... if we do things their way... we will go bankrupt and be wiped out. And that is what lies ahead in the future. These blacks will see what happens when the world's economy goes to hell and serius structural problem tear into countries. These people are COMPLETELY UNPREPARED for the war for one's economic survival and for keeping one's economy afloat while others are imploding. These people are so fragile that they can barely function when everything is perfect, but when even small problems appear they can't solve them. And when everything collapses in a heap... they run away.

Interestingly, for whites it works the other way around. We actually thrive, and I personally thrive tremendously, in chaos. I absolutely LOVE stepping in to a disaster zone. I love disasters. When everyone else has given up... I like climbing in there. I am creative and I like to solve problems. So I like disaster and problems. I thrive on it. But the blacks are the opposite. A little less than perfection and they run off in a minute.

So what happens when South Africa deteriorates like the rest of Africa? Answer: They'll all run to Europe just like the middleclass, professional blacks of Zimbabwe did. The "educated ones" will run. The ones who should lead the blacks will abandon the blacks to run off and live in a white country elsewhere. Its already happened and it will happen even more.

I think that the Western world's molly coddling of blacks has merely created a soft type of black who can function in a limited way if all goes well, but who is incapable of dealing with difficulties. The joke may of course be on the Liberals. Rather than these blacks saving Africa they will flee to white countries and abandon their less fortunate black fellows.

Their minds, I must say, is full of fuzzy Politically Correct thinking. Their ability to JUDGE is highly limited. They actually struggle to assess and judge good from bad, success from failure. They are bound up in all sorts of artificial nonsense rules which add to their own inefficiency.

The one thing they're all imbued with is a tremendous sense of self-confidence. They are extremely over-confident and they totally overrate their own abilities. They think they can do more than they really can.

I observed this in a guy I was training. I trained this guy and got him to write a program. When I asked him questions about the programming language he could rattle off the answers to me. But when I asked him to do something simple he really struggled. If I could get him to write 5 lines of code in an 8 hour day, I would be lucky. In fact, many days he wrote absolutely nothing and I had to help him on. In the end, I wrote and debugged almost everything myself. Yet, I had sat back and given him examples, given him a small task to do, told him how to do it and still he could not do it. This guy had a university education and he was unable to think through simple logic the kind of which I taught myself before I became a computer programmer. These guys earn shockingly high salaries, their output is terribly low and they think they're geniuses.

There are many other things they lack such as self-discipline and perseverance.

They are lucky they are in a protected environment, but I think as times get tougher, you'll see that these over-protected blacks will just flunk out completely.

The Great Liberal Experiment with blacks has largely been a complete failure, and you'll see this in the years ahead. In fact it should have been evident for years. All of them get together, make resolutions, hold conferences and they fail to make even simple things work. All of them are super-educated... and they know all the right buzz words, but they can hardly make anything real actually work.


Oh, and when it comes to business... whites smoke them.
