As a democrat, I dislike Obama and have not voted for him.

I support freedom of religion but also believe that our constitution should be amended to read “the United States is a Christian country”.

Now Obama wants a mosque at Ground Zero? He has proven to be completely out-of-touch with the American people.

I no longer dislike Obama. Now, I truly hate him.

It’s called cumulative voting. In the US, it has been around since the 19th century.

Cumulative voting actually makes sense: Let’s say you can elect six city councilors in your town. Your party presents 10 candidates. If all the votes go to the party but not the individual candidates, the party decides who is elected. If you only like one candidate among the list of ten, by casting ten votes for that candidate, you would give her/him more chance to be elected over the other nine.

The Leftist media will demonize the union workers who refuse to build the mosque as being "un-American" and not supporting "Freedom of Religion" and/or "freedom of speech," and portray Bloomberg as an American hero.

All this will propel Bloomberg into a bid for the presidency in 2012 or 2016.
